Last updated October 29, 2026. These terms cover the adfor.ai website, the public auction, and the directory.

What you are buying

An auction bid buys a labeled sponsored placement. The board is sorted by the total successfully paid on that board. It is not an editorial ranking, a review, an endorsement, or a promise of visitors. Outbound links from paid listings are sponsored.

Price and rank

• New listings start at $10, in whole dollars.
• To take #1, your new total must be at least $5 more than the current #1.
• To take a lower rank, your new total must be at least $1 more than the listing in that spot.
• The same product URL can top up. You pay only the difference.
• A different URL starts from zero.
• If two totals are equal, the earlier payment ranks higher.
• The Today board stops counting at midnight Asia/Shanghai (UTC+8). All-time does not expire. Each category board is its own auction.

No refunds

Auction payments are final. Rank can change as soon as someone else pays more, including while you are still in checkout. A bid that does not land on the rank you hoped for is not refunded. Removing a listing for a rules violation is not a refund. The Today reset is not a refund.

No traffic guarantee

We do not promise clicks, signups, revenue, or a minimum number of impressions. Click counts are recorded visits through our link. They are a measurement, not a deliverable.

Your page

You are responsible for the product, the claims on your page, and the URL you submit. We reject adult content, gambling, weapons, scams, phishing, chat invites, shorteners, and tracking-only links. We can remove a listing after you have paid.

Other products

Featured is a $99 monthly directory badge for 30 days. It does not change auction rank. The $297 launch pack is a one-time concierge setup and is fulfilled manually. Free directory submissions stay pending until a person approves them.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, or by the payment-link provider named on the pricing page. We do not store card numbers. If checkout is in test mode, the page says so and no card is charged.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of this site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
